Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Sunny Foods Group Pty Ltd, Thornbury, Victoria, Australia. ABN 84 083 310 678
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who attend the Sunny Foods Group stand (Stand Y25) at Fine Food Australia 2026.
Entry is only available to persons who are lawfully admitted to Fine Food Australia 2026. Any exhibition entry requirements imposed by the event organiser remain the
responsibility of the entrant.
Employees of Sunny Foods Group, HexClad Australia, their related entities and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Limit of one (1) entry per person.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens at 10:00am AEST on Monday 31 August 2026 and closes at 4:00pm AEST on Thursday 3 September 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
4. 2 Steps to Enter
Step 1: Follow all three Instagram accounts: @hexclad_aus, @sunny_ready_ and @sunny_seafood.
Step 2: Complete the official Sunny Foods Group entry form in full and submit it into the competition entry box located at the Sunny Foods Group stand (Stand Y25) during
Fine Food Australia 2026.
Compliance with the Instagram follow requirement will be verified before the prize is awarded.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) HexClad 13-Piece Cookware Set. (RRP $1783)
Over AUD $250 worth of Sunny Foods Group branded products.
The total prize pool is valued at over AUD $2,000.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If any component of the prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute that component with a
prize of equal
or greater value where permitted by law.
6. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected by random draw.

Each eligible entry has an equal and random chance of being drawn.
Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.
7. Winner Notification & Publication
The winner will be:
The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing via email
Published on the Sunny Seafood Instagram page (@sunny_seafood) on Friday 4 September 2026.
The winner's first name and surname will remain published for a minimum of 28 days.
8. Prize Collection
The Promoter will contact the winner to notify them of their winning entry.
The winner is responsible for collecting the prize from Sunny Foods Group's Thornbury, Victoria office. The Promoter will not deliver or post the prize.
The prize will be made available within 28 days of the draw.
9. Unclaimed Prize Draw
If the winner:
cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made;
does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification; or
is found to be ineligible,
the prize will be forfeited.
A replacement winner will be selected by a further random draw from the remaining eligible entries.

10. Privacy
Entry into the competition Is not conditional on opting in to receive marketing communications.
The Promoter and HexClad Australia will collect entrants' personal information for the purposes of:
administering this competition, contacting the winner;delivering the prize; andwhere entrants have expressly opted in on the entry form, sending future marketing
communications.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and will not be disclosed to third parties other than those assisting in administering
this promotion or where required by law.
11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or duplicate entries may be deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If this promotion cannot be conducted as anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, including technical failures, natural disasters or other
unforeseen events,
the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by law.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
