Soul warming one-pot Red Curry Dumplings - all in one pot!


When the chilly air settles in and the days grow shorter, there’s nothing better than a comforting, hearty meal to chase away the cold. Enter one-pot red curry dumplings — a deliciously easy and satisfying dish that combines the rich flavors of fragrant red curry with tender dumplings, all cooked together in a single pot. Perfect for busy weeknights or lazy weekends, this winter warmer is sure to become a new favorite for warming your soul and delighting your taste buds.



INGREDIENTS





METHOD


  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius

  2. Combine: coconut milk, curry paste, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil. Mix until combined

  3. Add: The Choy sum and Edamame to the base of a baking dish

  4. Add: Arrange the frozen dumplings on top of the Choy Sum

  5. Drizzle: The Coconut red curry sauce over the top and mix to coat

  6. Bake covered: Cover the dish tightly with a lid or foil and bake for 20-30 minutes (until the dumplings are cooked through)

  7. Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven. Finish with chili oil, coriander, spring onion, sesame seeds and edamame before serving.
