Ingredients
8 Sunny Seafood Whole Cooked Bananas (cut lengthwise in half)
4 thawed Frozen Paratha Plain Roti
4 Tbs Nutella (one for each Roti)
Condensed milk for drizzling
Coconut oil for frying
Instructions
Melt 1 tsp of coconut oil in a pan and toast shredded coconut
Place 4 banana halves inside roti and spoon 1tbs of nutella on top
Fold up all sides of the roti to enclose the mixture (like a Burrito)
Melt 1 Tbs of coconut oil in a pan and fry roti parcels on each side until lightly golden
To serve drizzle with condensed milk and sprinkle with toasted coconut
