Instructions

  1. Melt 1 tsp of coconut oil in a pan and toast shredded coconut

  2. Place 4 banana halves inside roti and spoon 1tbs of nutella on top

  3. Fold up all sides of the roti to enclose the mixture (like a Burrito)

  4. Melt 1 Tbs of coconut oil in a pan and fry roti parcels on each side until lightly golden

  5. To serve drizzle with condensed milk and sprinkle with toasted coconut
