Easy Peasy Crab Linguine

Serves 2-3 people
If you are looking for a fast, flavorful seafood pasta dish that goes from freezer to plate in a flash, then this creamy Crab Linguine is the perfect way to showcase high-quality frozen seafood without the prep time and cost of fresh crab. In this recipe, we’ll show you how to use Sunny Seafood frozen crab meat to deliver a luxurious, Mediterranean-style pasta that’s ready in minutes.

Ingredients
1 Pack frozen Sunny Seafood Blue Swimmer Crab Cutlets (half cut crab)
2 Sunny Supreme Red chilli (finely chopped)
4 Tsp fennel seeds
A splash of white wine
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
A bunch of parsley finely chopped
500g Linguini
Knob of butter
Instructions
Boil pasta according to packet instructions reserving a small amount of pasta water)
In a separate pan pour in a glug of olive oil, then add the garlic, chilli and fennel seed and sauté on low heat until fragrant
Add a splash of white wine and allow to cook off for a few minutes
Turn heat off, dd the crab and brown
Season well with salt, lemon zest and juice.
Add cooked pasta (along with a with a splash of the pasta water)
Garnish with a big handful of chopped parsley and a knob of butter.
Serve immediately with a drizzle of olive oil.
