Easy Peasy Crab Linguine

Instructions


  1. Boil pasta according to packet instructions reserving a small amount of pasta water)

  2. In a separate pan pour in a glug of olive oil, then add the garlic, chilli and fennel seed and sauté on low heat until fragrant

  3. Add a splash of white wine and allow to cook off for a few minutes

  4. Turn heat off, dd the crab and brown

  5. Season well with salt, lemon zest and juice.

  6. Add cooked pasta (along with a with a splash of the pasta water)

  7. Garnish with a big handful of chopped parsley and a knob of butter.

  8. Serve immediately with a drizzle of olive oil.
