200g (Half a pack) of Sunny Seafood Frozen Cleaned Calamari
3x Sunny Supreme Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
1-2 Sunny Supreme Thai Frozen Red Chillis finely chopped

Instructions
In a large saucepan, fry the garlic, onions and chilli in olive oil until onions are soft.
Add in the emperor fish, mussels, king prawns, calamari and sprinkle with parsley. Stir to mix well being careful not to break the fish too much.
Pour in white wine and add salt and pepper. Bring to the boil and allow to cook until prawns, fish and calamari are cooked and the mussels are all opened. (this should only take a couple of minutes).
Cook spaghetti according to the directions on the packet.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with some fresh parsley, chilli and a drizzle of olive oil. We recommend serving with your favourite fresh sourdough bread.
Buon Appetito
