Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs

  • 80mls water

  • 1/2 block of Silken Tofu

  • 4 Sunny Seafood Raw Prawns

  • 1tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 Tbsp Chilli Oil

  • 2 Tbsp chopped Spring Onions


Instructions

  1. Crack eggs into a microwave safe bowl

  2. Add water and soy sauce and whisk to combine

  3. Add Silken Tofu in 'spoonful's'

  4. Add thawed prawns

  5. Cover with a microwave safe bowl and microwave until eggs set (but is still 'wobbly')

  6. Drizzle with chilli and sesame oil and garnish with Spring onions
