Ingredients
3 Eggs
80mls water
1/2 block of Silken Tofu
1tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp Chilli Oil
2 Tbsp chopped Spring Onions
Instructions
Crack eggs into a microwave safe bowl
Add water and soy sauce and whisk to combine
Add Silken Tofu in 'spoonful's'
Add thawed prawns
Cover with a microwave safe bowl and microwave until eggs set (but is still 'wobbly')
Drizzle with chilli and sesame oil and garnish with Spring onions
