Looking for a light, crunchy snack that’s packed with flavour and seriously satisfying? These Crispy Prawn Rice Paper Snacks are your new go-to. Golden, crackly rice paper wrapped around juicy prawns, sweet edamame and fresh coriander — all crisped to perfection in the air fryer.
Made with our premium Sunny Seafood Prawns and Mukimame, this recipe is quick to prepare and perfect for entertaining, after-school snacks, or when you’re craving something savoury and delicious without the fuss. The double layer of rice paper creates that irresistible crunch, while the prawns stay tender and juicy inside.
The best part? They’re incredibly easy to customise. Serve them with chilli oil for a little heat, a drizzle of your favourite dipping sauce, or enjoy them straight from the bowl while they’re hot and crispy.
Simple ingredients, minimal prep, maximum crunch — let’s get cooking. 🍤✨

Ingredients
1 pack rice paper sheets
1 bag of Frozen Sunny Seafood Prawns
1 bag shelled Sunny Seafood Mukimame
Fresh coriander leaves
Spray oil (we used olive oil)
Method
Fill a large shallow bowl with lukewarm water.
Submerge one sheet of rice paper into the water for 5 seconds, then remove and place onto a clean surface.
Add a prawn, top with a coriander leaf and then an edamame bean. Repeat in three separate spots around the rice paper, leaving space between each stack.
Submerge another sheet of rice paper into the water for 5 seconds and carefully place it on top of the first sheet, keeping the prawn stacks in place.
Gently press the top and bottom sheets together around each stack to seal (use your fingertips to create a tight seal).
Use scissors to cut between each stack and place onto your air fryer tray.
Spray lightly with oil and cook for 10–12 minutes at 190°C, or until golden and very crispy.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with chilli oil or your favourite sauce.
Enjoy immediately while warm and crunchy!
