Banana Fritters and Coconut Protein Icecream

This mouth watering dessert recipe (using Sunny Seafood Banana Fritters) sent to us by @ebonys_plate, is the perfect mix of sweet, creamy, crunchy, doughy and a little bit salty.

Paired with a creamy dreamy Coconut icecream that packs a protein punch and you have a delicious and nutritionally balanced dessert that will become your new go-to.

Ingredients

  • 1 can lite coconut cream

  • 40g vanilla protein powder

  • 15g vanilla pudding mix

  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut

  • 1-2 tosp maple syrup

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 3 tbsp milk

  • 1 pack frozen Sunny Seafood Banana Fritters



Instructions

  1. Add coconut cream, protein powder, pudding mix, coconut, maple syrup and salt to a protein shaker. Shake to combine, ensuring no clumps of protein powder remain. Add to a NinjaCreami pint and freeze for 24hrs.

  2. Once frozen, blend the coconut mix on the Lite Ice Cream setting on the NinjaCreami.

  3. Meanwhile, air fry banana fritters at 180 °C for 10-12 mins or until golden.

  4. Remove pint from NinjaCreami, scrap down the sides and add in the milk. Return pint to the machine and respin.

  5. Serve banana fritters hot with a generous side of protein Icecream
