Momordica

Momordica/Gac fruit tastes very mild, similar to an avocado but slightly sweeter. The fruit comprises of two parts, the fruit which is yellow and the seed membrane  which is red colour. It can be used for its juice, but most commonly used and added to rice to add sweetness and aroma and colour in SE Asia.
