Ingredients
Sesame seeds and Spring Onions to garnish
Pickled Daikon
2 Daikon (cubed)
1 1/2 Cups of Boiling Water
1/2 Cup White Sugar
3 tsp Fish Sauce
3/4 Cups of Rice Wine Vinegar
Mix together and add cubed daikon. Allow to sit for a minimum of two hours (preferably overnight)
Sauce
2 tsp Vegetable Oil
1/3 Cup Tomatoe Sauce
3 tsp Honey
1/4 Cup Gochujan (Hot Korean Paste)
2 tsp White Vinegar
2 tsp Vegetable Oil
Olive Oil for Frying
Instructions
Heat Karaage chicken in Air fryer until golden brown in air fryer (approx. 1-15 mins at 200 C)
Heat oil over medium heat in a fry pan
Add all sauce ingredients and sauté until thickened slightly
Add sauce to chicken and mix until coated
Garnish with sesame seeds and Spring onion and pickled daikon
